Variable frequency drive systems ensure optimal control of the power for elevator and door drives - and thus increase the service life of components and energy efficiency. Schindler's lightweight and durable suspension belts allow the use of smaller motors, which reduce energy consumption as well as noise and vibration levels in the cabins.
For precise use
The Schindler 3000 Plus was developed for optimal use in existing buildings. Flexible cabin dimensions adapt the cabin size to the existing elevator shaft. The large number of door variants and their precise positioning on the floors avoid construction work on the door openings. At the same time, the variable dimensions of the shaft pit and shaft head enable easy adjustment and quick installation in the existing shaft.

Our regenerative drive technology is standard on the Schindler 3000 Plus. This regenerative drive technology reduces energy consumption by up to 30% compared to conventional technology and feeds the energy back into the home network.

Machine room-less design
All important drive and control components are located in the shaft. An existing machine room can be converted.

The reduced shaft head makes it easier to add floors, e.g. B. with a roof extension.

The belt drive requires less space and energy due to the smaller motor and the smaller traction sheave.

Controller elegantly installed
The controller is integrated into the door frame of the floor stop as standard. This makes it easy to maintain.

Modular system, scalable dimensions of cabins and doors
We can adjust the dimensions of your cabins in 10mm increments in any direction. The cabins of the Schindler 3000 Plus are available in widths from 760 mm to 2,000 mm, depths from 900 mm to 2,400 mm and heights up to 2,400 mm in 50 mm increments. The doors can be positioned horizontally with millimeter precision.

Door variants and dimensions
The width of the doors can be adjusted in 50 mm increments from 600 to 1,100 mm, and the door height from 2,000 mm to 2,400 mm in 100 mm increments. You have the choice between telescopic (T2) or centrally opening doors (C2, C4) for one- or two-sided access. For special cases, a flat symmetrical or asymmetrical C4 door is also available.

Door front stainless steel
In combination with the shaft doors, we also offer complete stainless steel door fronts that partially or completely cover the shaft opening on the floor.

Frameless landing doors
As an alternative to standard framed landing doors, we also offer frameless doors that continue to use existing landing door frames. This allows the structural design of the floor to be retained.
