We would also like to reassure our clients that, in case of PABX system failure, we have direct Telkom lines connected to a back up Sharecall number - 0860 102923.
When a client phones in, they will be asked relevant questions which are necessary in order to despatch calls out correctly. This information is logged directly into the computer and at the same time monitors "real times" for the progress of the call out.
Once the information is completed by the operator, the client will receive a reference number from the Call Centre Operator as confirmation of their request. The call will then be despatched immediately to the responsible technician via cell phone.
